At bicycle. we specialise in the building and servicing of premium level road bikes. To ensure that your pride and joy receives the highest attention to detail and expertise we ensure that our mechanics are always trained on the most up to date developments from major component manufacturers.
We are happy to carry out almost any job on a bicycle, if you would like a specific issue addressed please enquire with us. We offer service packages but like everything else we do at bicycle. each service is tailored to the specific needs of your bike.

General Service

- Our regular check up service

*Sealed systems such as bearing areas or hydraulic brake systems do include a surcharge if invasive work is required.
Advanced Service

- Our in-depth annual service
- Recommended once per year

Ultimate Service
£350
- Our most complete service package where no stone is left unturned
- For when your bike has done some serious miles and needs to be restored to its former glory. We will strip the bike back to the bare frame and every inch inside and out is detailed to perfection.
Bike Building & Parts Fitting
New Groupset Fitting
£200*
- Our new groupset fitting covers the removal of your old groupset plus fitting and adjustment of your new parts.
- New wheels can also be fitted at additional costs Starting from £45.
*If your new bicycle has hydraulic brakes, Di2 wiring, or complicated internal routing additional labour charges may occur based on time taken. Although we may not be able to quote for this we will cap the additional charge at £100.
Bike Build
£300*
- Our bike build service will take your new frame and parts and fully assemble your bicycle for you.
- During this service our mechanics will build your bike to your bike fit data.
*If your new bicycle has hydraulic brakes, Di2 wiring, or complicated internal routing additional labour charges may occur based on time taken. Although we may not be able to quote for this we will cap the additional charge at £100.
Boxed Bike Build
£70*
- Building of a partially assembled, boxed bike and full PDI safety check. Built to your bike fit data can be done at the same time for an additional £50.

Please note due to high demand in our workshop, if your bicycle only needs safety related items such as brake pads and/or cables to complete the service the technician will replace these items without contacting you unless told specifically not to at point of drop off. We set a limit on these safety items of £60 on-top of the service cost. Please note any parts that are not supplied by Bicycle are subject to a corkage fee of £15 per part on top of any work carried out.
We ask that bikes are delivered to us in a reasonably clean state, a discretionary cleaning charge of £20 may be added if this is not the case.
Your bicycle should be collected within 7 working days of the service completion, Bicycle reserves the right to charge a storage fee of £5 per day if the bicycle has not been collected within this time. Any bicycles left with us for a period of over 30 days will be assumed to have been abandoned and may be disposed of or sold to recuperate costs. We have never had to do this yet and will make every effort to avoid such eventuality.
